We may also recommend additional dental sedation, depending on your unique case and needs. These medications make the process virtually painless!
After your root canal is complete, you may experience some temporary sensitivity and a little pain during your recovery that can be managed with over-the-counter pain relievers. In the rare case that your pain increases or becomes unbearable, please let us know right away.
When Is Root Canal Therapy Necessary?

What Happens During a Root Canal Treatment?
After you are numb, we will make a tiny hole at the top of the affected tooth so we can get inside it. We carefully remove the infected pulp, clean the inside of your tooth, and seal it. Because the tooth has been weakened, we may reinforce it with a dental crown.
